I'm looking for a 5th housemate to replace me in my house in Hotwells. It's a fully furnished smoking house and the 4 guys that live here are all professionals.

Someone was meant to be moving in this weekend but has let us down at the last minute so we need someone to move in as of the 1st July if possible.

The rent is £270 per month (exclusive of bills which normally come to about £40 per month) and the deposit is £250. And no agency fees!

The house is a lovely place on the Cumberland Basin and has a lush view of the river.
