the 3 who already live here are 2 guys and one girl and are really friendly and lovely! They are all students at UWE and really easy-going!

It is in a great location just off of Gloucester road so all the shops, bus stops etc are right next door

there is a small paved back yard great for BBQs or just relaxing and more than enough parking space just outside if you have a car.
