Immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a building consultancy. Working in conjunction with the Office Manager/PA you will be supporting a team of professionals answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, file management, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, processing purchase orders assisting with the typing of proposals and tenders and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
All applicants must have excellent communication skills, a pro active approach, have previous office administration experience, be familiar with the Microsoft Office packages. Working 21 hrs per week in an ongoing capacity. Call now for more information
