Basically, I'm locked into a tenency agreement on a lovely 2 bed flat in nice quiet building right by the arches on Gloucester rd but I've just split up with my boyfriend... now really want to take a room at a friends house from the begining on Nov but cant afford it.

The place comes unfurnished but I'd be willing to leave some of it behind, I could also negociate on not charging the whole amout for the flat, and if you like the place the landlord is looking for someone to take over the tenency.
