Full time head chef required for year old fine dining restaurant. Local produce used throughout the menu. Menus change on a 4 weekly cycle, looking for an enthusiastic chef to add their own style and flair to the restaurant.
Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Knowledge on function catering would be of an advantage.
