Location: Bristol
Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 GBP Per Year

Seeking an articulate and commercially astute individual with an ability to engage with the business and drive change as well as form strong professional relationships with internal customers to maximise performance and delivery.

The individual appointed will have the scope to mould and shape the role to the business' requirements so commercial acumen and bigger picture analysis are needed, as well as a focus on the detail.

Responsibilities:

* Initial project to review financial control processes across the partnership and group companies, recommend and implement agreed improvements for processes and structures.
* Management of finance team and operational finance activities from transaction processing through to management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
* Strategic input and development of finance as a business partner.

Who We're Looking For:

* Qualified Accountant, ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
* Knowledge and experience of financial reporting and control issues and standards. Familiarity with the requirements of project accounting would be an advantage.
* Experience of successful change/project work relating to financial management improvements and to be able to demonstrate the resilience, persistence and patience required for such work.
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work tactfully, sensitively and professionally.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Occasional travel to other UK offices and potentially abroad required.
