Favell House is situated in the heart of the city and is an ideal choice for those who are on a budget. Everything is on your door step with the main shopping centre just 5 minutes walk away. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor of the building along with the Student Health Service which serves all UWE students living in the city centre. Favell House is near to the quayside and many rooms offer panoramic views of the river and city centre. The 39 flats in Favell House offer a total of 234 bed spaces. There are laundry facilities within the building.

* telephone point in each flat - it is the decision of the flat residents if they wish to have this service connected, to obtain a handset and to arrange payment of bills directly with the service provider
* bicycle storage is available - there is no parking for cars or motorcycles

It is the cheapest of all the UWE accommodations and it is also the most fun place to be. Alas, I have to leave due to some financial situation (*Cough*Loans Company*Cough*). You'll definitely have a good time with everything being on your door step. Roommates are awesome too, as well as your neighbours.
