Service Delivery Manager Team Leader
Based in Bristol, Solsoft are a leading IT support / services organisation dedicated to providing highly skilled and affordable enterprise-level IT support / services to small and medium sized businesses across the South West of England and South Wales. Due to continued growth and expansion we now have a need to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Team Leader to lead a team of 6 technical delivery personnel. Working within a busy service delivery team this is a challenging role requiring an exceptional client focus, a proven hands on technical background and the ability to manage a diverse team of Microsoft certified individuals with a variety of skill sets and abilities.
Required Experience
- Experience of working within a support desk environment
- Experience of dealing with client desktop issues (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Office Applications, Printing)
- Ability to manage and maintain and troubleshoot a Microsoft Network
- Ability to manage and maintain and troubleshoot a Microsoft Messaging infrastructure
- Microsoft Infrastructure problem solving
- Experience with Routing and Remote Access
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership of a situation and work with a team to resolve.
- Microsoft Qualifications MCP`s
- Direct client support experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
