MULTI-SITE HR MANAGER – £35,000 salary + top benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR manager to join a busy HR function in a Bristol based retailer. Retail experience is ESSENTIAL for this role – with experience of working in a MULTI-SITE environment. The following skills are necessary:

· Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Human Resources generalist or retail management role or Multi- Site Store Manager with a track record in people development
· Track record in sound decision making and in sourcing and selection of quality candidates, preferably in a retail environment
· Demonstrate company behaviours
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
· A high degree of self motivation and the ability to meet the demands of the role within a multi-site organization spread across a large geographical area
· An understanding of basic employment law and company HR policies
· High level of competence in training and presentation skills
