Head chef required for busy 38 cover restaurant , serving modern british cusine, using locally sourced produce.

This position would also suit a current 2nd chef with relevant experiance looking to further their career.

Must maintain the kitchen to a high standard of hygeine, train & motivate existing kitchen staff.
Knowledge in mennu planning, stack control, wastage & gp a must.

Excellent work hours, pay depending on experience.
