Class Recruitment currently has a full time opportunity for a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant in Portishead. The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The nursery is based in a purpose-designed, two-storey building; the garden is an enclosed split level garden. The nursery can take up to 60 children a day.
The successful applicant will hold either a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in early years or equivalent. This position would ideally suit a newly qualified practitioner.
The successful applicant will have:
• A level 2 or 3 in early years or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates a good understanding of the EYFS
• Experience of supporting learning across the EYFS
• Compassionate with the ability to build rapport with children.
• Passion for increasing the aspirations of young people.
• You will need your own transport
