We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade at the Avon Gorge Hotel.

As part of our busy kitchen brigade you will use the best seasonal produce to create simple, delicious food for our ever changing bar menu.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have the creativity and inspiration to deliver great dishes, they will have had experience of working in a busy kitchen and be looking to develop within our team.

Located in the trendy Clifton district of Bristol the hotel features 75 bedrooms, an award winning restaurant “The Bridge Café”, the “White Lion Bar and Terrace” with fantastic views of Bristol and four conference rooms.

We can offer a competitive salary and live in accommodation is available if needed
