Role:
* Work alongside recognised industry consultants, generating new business through proactive sales, networking and candidate marketing
* Work with consultants in the management of key clients
* Take ownership of your own desk and be involved in the full recruitment life-cycle
* Pre-select suitable candidates
* Interview candidates both over the telephone and face-to-face
* Client meetings and negotiation

Successful Candidate:
* Must be passionate about selling
* Highly motivated by the opportunity to earn a high salary (even in your first year of recruitment)
* Highly driven and hard-working
* Have a clear vision of what you want to get out of life and your career
* 6-months of active new business sales generation
* Must be a relationship builder with flair
* Confident tele-sales person
