I am currently looking to rent a 1 bed flat or studio in Bedminster or Hotwells. I am looking for something between £90 to £103 per week, although I would consider something up to £106 per week. I would consider other areas. I will need to claim housing benefit, initially, until I find employment in Bristol. So I am looking for a landlord for whom this wouldn't be a problem. I can provide a deposit if it required and a months rent in advance. I can obtain a reference and give a guarantor also.
