Our client a financial services company based in Bristol is looking to recruit a Claims Technician.

You will need to provide first class customer service as you will be acting as a first point of contact for claims enquiries.

You will ideally have medical claims experience, have the ability to demonstrate sensitivity and behave appropriately when dealing directly with customers.

You must be an excellent communicator, team player and have the ability to be proactive and prioritise work.

The successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
