Recruitment Consultant - £60-100k OTE

£18,000 Basic + OTE £40,000 plus car scheme (Golf to BMW, Porsche and Aston Martin all Inc.)

My client is the leading ICT recruitment firm in Europe. They have been the leading firm in terms of expansion and profitability in the UK for the last 5 years running.

My client has numerous offices both nationally and internationally. They have won numerous awards including 'Best International Agency' and were recently voted one of the best firms to work for in the UK by the Financial Times.

Based in their Bristol offices, candidates need to have a good degree from a well established University and good A levels.

Although previous sales experience is not a must, any direct sales experience of any nature is a definite bonus. Candidates do need to be driven, highly motivated, persuasive, tenacious and have a good work ethic and be able to show through previous activities that they have these skills.

Candidates will also have to have an understanding on the role of a recruitment consultant and a real desire to become one. For the first 3-6 months your role will be as a trainee resourcer, mainly you will be name gathering, head hunting, searching the database for appropriate cv's and organising interviews.

When you have finished your training and have become a fully fledged recruitment consultant you will remain doing these activities but additionally you will be trying to win new business, building relationships with existing clients and trying to place as many people in as many roles as possible.
