My Client are a large global blue chip company, who have exciting opportunities to work in an E-commerce based environment with the top of the range Microsoft technologies. We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify and own delivery of requirements for the for the R&D team. The role will interface between platform customers and the R&D team. This role is suited to someone with extensive experience in a fast paced development environment (Agile ideally) focused on consumer-centric internet services.

Confidence in challenging assumptions and good communication skills on all levels are a must. The successful candidate will also demonstrate structured thinking, project management skills and the ability to see the big picture whilst focusing on the detail.

Key skills:

• Analysis/product owner experience on Agile projects
• Application of analysis techniques
• Understanding of technical concepts (at a high level) in order to communicate effectively and negotiate with technical experts
• Day-to-day requirements management and associated processes

Responsibilities:

• Act on behalf of the product owner to define user stories and align the functional design with business goals
• Manage requirements from other teams
• Assist in writing test cases - UML
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the technical solution and constraints
• Field queries from developers on a daily basis to prevent delays to coding
• Maintain clear communication with team members on a daily basis
• Produce and maintain appropriate documentation within strict project timelines.
