The Role

The role is working as a Retail Analyst analysing the performance of three separate contracts. The role involves; running the monthly reports on each reports, analysing the KPIs and the policies, procedures, response times, and all the orders completed/not completed, comparing the work force on the contracts to the jobs done, and questioning, making sure that each contract is cost and time effective and bench marking against each other, suggesting solutions of how to improve spending, presenting the finding to senior management internally and externally.

Salary & Benefits

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00a.m until 5.00p.m (with an hour's lunch), the role is based on a temporary to permanent, the hourly rate is £8.50 per hour, and is £18,000 when permanent.
