Are you an excellent administrator with superb customer service skills?
My client run a very busy residential Lettings company in a popular part of Bristol and are looking for someone to help manage the administrative side of their business from initial tenancy agreements to renewals etc.
You will have experience of working in a busy environment, having had to work to tight deadlines and have the communication skills to speak with a range of internal and external customers, whilst multi tasking and juggling a forever changing workload.
This is a busy role and you will need to be extremely organised and used to working in a high pressure environment in order to be able to hit the ground running and succeed.
Training in terms of systems and industry knowledge will be given although experience in a similar role within Lettings would be advantageous.
On offer is a rewarding role within a large team with a good basic salary plus bonus opportunity and benefits. Hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturday's (9am - 4pm) for which a day off in the week will be given making this role 5 days a week.
