Are you an Experienced Senior Production Operative who is looking for the next step up in your career to work as an Assistant Team Leader ? If so, then this is the opportunity you seek. My client is a leading international manufacturing company based in Bristol looking for the following:

Essential Experience:

You will have experience of working within manufacturing high volume complex white goods and, you will have managed teams of 50 - 100 staff. You will be the type of person who thrives within a changing environment and can demonstrate a passionate and energetic work ethic.

You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in ensuring delivery of the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, on time and making the best use of the resources available. You will enjoy responsibility and leading your team by example.

You will be capable of and have the mature to, deputise for the Team Leader when necessary.

You will have good planning and organisational skills, understand Quality and Health & Safety and able to demonstrate good leadership skills.

Essential Skills include

Flexible attitude, open-minded, determined, driven and enthusiastic. Able to work as part of a team and independently, confident communicator, professional, excellent interpersonal skills.

In return for the above there is a salary of between £18,000 - £24,00 per annum plus excellent company benefits.
