Hi, I will have a nice light double bedroom to let as of mid June/July due to my current flat mate moving on after 2 yrs living together.

I’m 28yrs old, happy go lucky guy, up for laugh and very chilled out. I go out quite a lot in the week and meet up with friends on the weekends. Im not a cleaning freak but don't like living in a pigstie, so would be looking for someone who knows how to use a Hoover and bathroom cleaner without having to be constantly asked.

The room is located in Buckingham Place in a hall floor flat which was refurbished 3yrs ago. It has a sunny private rear garden that you are more than welcome to use and if you have green fingers and want to get creative...be my guest, I also have access to a parking space if required. The flat is ideal for walking to Whiteladies road or park street.

The kitchen has all the usual....dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer.

Bathroom with 3 piece suite and a good shower over the bath.

I’m looking for a happy, easy going person to share the flat with and do their share of the cleaning, if you think that sounds like you give me a call or send me an email.

I’m going to be redecorating the flat again when my current flat mate leaves which is on the 16th of May that’s why I have put available from mid June/July......but if the right person comes along and needs to move in sooner I'm sure we can work something out.

The rent is £400 plus bills.
