Our Client, a long established Market-leading Recruitment Company, has a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancies within their offices based throughout the UK.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be given comprehensive training and support to build you into a successful Recruitment Consultant within the IT Recruitment sector. IT Recruitment is the most competitive of Recruitment sectors, for this reason the earning potential for new Trainee Recruitment Consultants is exceptional and unlike other sales related jobs Recruitment offers career progression to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Managers.

IT Recruitment is a full 360 degree sales role, where you will be sourcing a job role, sourcing the candidates for the role, controlling the interview process and closing the placement of your candidate. For this the Company will earn a fee and you a percentage of that fee.

Our Client, offers a competitive basic salary of £15,000-£20,000 (depending on experience), with the potential to earn £40K in your first year and then £100K+ in your 2nd year and thereafter. Our client also offers target incentives including car schemes and holidays to New York, Miami or Paris.
