Exiting restaurant group looking for experienced Chef de Partie or Jnr Sous Chef to join their stylish and sophisticated restaurant in Bristol City Centre offering a chic menu with bold flavours in a relaxed yet buzzing atmosphere

Job Description
You will support the brigade and be a keen team player in this busy fresh food quality restaurant. You will be required to be flexible, passionate and dedicated to creating sumptuous food and flavours.
Fresh Food, volume operation

Required Experience
You will need to be confidant and consistent in your work.
You will have been a Snr CDP or Jnr Sous Chef in your previous role looking for their next step up. Shift patterns vary according business but is a standard 45hr week.
You will be a team player as you will be part of a 9 man brigade.
You will need to be presentable as the kitchen is open plan and client friendly.

This is a high volume operation suited for a strong, calm, passionate and dedicated chef.

Salary
Offering a salary of up to 21k depending on candidates experience
