My client is a market leading, multi-national, award winning Recruitment Consultancy. Currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate to join their rapidly expanding South West business.

The company is dynamic and offers a 12 month modular training program that will mould you into a successful recruitment consultant. Everyone has the opportunity to earn a bonus (paid monthly) ranging between £30k-£50k in your first 12 months (plus holidays/car/lunch club).

Alongside your basic salary and commission you will get a car allowance or car (starting from Golf GTI's ranging to Range Rover Sport's). As well as monthly lunch clubs at award winning restaurants. As well as city breaks to worldwide destinations - fully expensed.

My first placement in the company has recently had his best month in the job after 3 years which will earn him £16k before tax (in one month), £2k holiday vouchers, a place with 5 other team members to go to Brasserie Blanc, a place on a fully expensed trip to Barbados and £1k for top Consultant of the Month plus bottle of Dom!

With 1 million graduates unemployed in the current marketplace you will need to be, and demonstrate the following skillset;

- Competitiveness,

- Money Motivation,

- Articulate and driven,

- An excellent communicator - as you'll be dealing with candidates and clients at various levels within a business from administrator to CEO,

- Able to think on your feet and deal with a number of changing scenarios as they happen such as negotiating terms of business and talking round people who aren't necessarily looking to buy what you're selling.

- Self-motivated and ambitious.

The role includes: Interviewing, Sales negotiation, Business Development, Client Visits, Matching Candidates, Account Management. Advertising, Customer Service & Account Administration.
