Hotel Operations Manager - Leading Hotel Group - Bristol - (developing to GM within 2 years)

This hotel is located in the centre of Bristol and has 100+ bedrooms plus excellent F+B and M+E facilities. This company is going through a period of growth and therefore are able to offer genuine career progression to the right candidate.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the GM in the day to day running of this hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to develop to General Manager level within 2 years. Candidates should have a background in high quality F+B operations and have a proven ability of delivering an excellent quality of service whilst being very commercially aware.

Required Experience
- Proven ability within a quality focused corporate hotel group
- F+B management experience to rosette level
- Financial accountability including P+L

Salary and Benefits
Our client is looking to pay a basic salary of circa £32k along with excellent bonus potential and company benefits.
