The firm have a leading mergers and acquisitions team who have trebled their fee income in the last 2 years. On the back of this success the opportunity has arisen to develop a leading transaction services team, that in a few years time, would be equal in terms of size and stature to that of their lead advisory team.
 
The role presents a very exciting opportunity for someone who seeks to make a name for themselves. The business is commercially minded and dynamic as a whole, and is very keen to healthily reward those that play a part in the development of the organisation. You would have the opportunity to play a prominent role in the development of this team, and potentially be in a situation in the future to head up transaction services / due diligence for the group.
Leveraging off current relationships with business providers, from day one you will manage the due diligence process of a number of deals, with a view to developing these relationships, as well as developing new contacts and business relationships.
