I run a local football team called Saltford AFC ‘A’ and we are seeking a committed additional member to our squad to play in goal and defence for the forth coming season.

The club has been running for 105 years now but the ‘A’ side is in its second seaon. Last season we came a close 2nd in the league to give us promotion and we narrowly lost the bath chronicle cup final.

We are seeking a goalkeeper and a defender who can play every week, on Saturdays. We also train once a week at are home ground (Norman rd playing fields)

If this team gets promoted from this league we will then be inline for promotion to the Somerset senior league so if you are looking for a team that has a ambition to play at a high standard this is the team to join.

Currently are 1st team are in the Somerset senior premier division, the club does like to promote players within all the three teams so you can progress to the first team if your performances warrant it.
