I was planning on being part of a 10 person house in flat 78a on Whiteladies Road, unfortunately I'm going back home to London to study there as i no longer have a place in Bristol. The rent is £285 per month not including bills and you will have to pay the first month's rent of £285, the deposit of £385, and the handling fee of £117 to Terry Oplin property management. These need to be paid before the 1st of July and you can move in on the 1st of August. There are 7 boys and 2 girls, all of whom are going into the second year of study at Bristol, studying a range of subjects. They're an outgoing friendly group who are excited about the prospect of living in this well priced property located close to shops and within walking distance to the university. They are getting broadband and a TV licence and the cost will be split between those using these. The house is furnished with 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 floors and 1 utility room.
