This quality restaurant near Bristol serves quality, fresh, locally supplied food to a 2 Rosette Level. There is a market menu for lunch fresh from the market, a beautiful A La Carte menu, bespoke party menus and a bar menu.

Job Description
As Restaurant Supervisor you will report straight into the Manager and be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service at all times. You will directly responsible for a team of 15, guaranteeing their training and development to maintain the restaurants high standards.

Required Experience
* previous supervisory experience in a similar restaurant
* confident in fine food and wine operations

Salary
The starting salary for this role is £14000.
