I have a lovely flat ( council rent)2 bedrooms in lawrence hill (kingsmarsh house) very clean building, very lovely neighbourhood, very quit area, near the city center(10 min walking),looking to swap with a 2 or 3 bedrooms house ( council rent, area to discuss) with a garden, because I have 2 childrens and my daughter in law who comes every weekend and hollidays, and they love playing out also I need more space, otherwise, I will never leave this building, as it's a really lovely area.
