The house is much larger than it appears from the front door. It has a living room, large kitchen and another room leeding out to a sunny and very warm garden.

The single bedrooms are up the stairs with a bathroom which has a separate shower to the bath. There are two toilets and one of them is on the ground floor.

The rent includes all bills; a months rent in advance plus a months rent as a deposit and references is required.
