Dalyan itself is set in mountainous Mediterranean coastline on a peaceful river delta and the ancient city of Kaunos. The area is home to the loggerhead sea turtles and has miles of sandy beaches. Beaches have a café, changing facilities and toilets.

Villa Defne apartments are situated approx 5 minutes walk from the town centre and marina of Dalyan, set in a quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains.

Villa Defne itself comprises 4 apartments purpose built in 1 villa with balconies. The brochure advertises 2 of those apartments, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, both of which are spacious and fully furnished and can accommodate up to four adults in each.
Apartments each have one twin bedroom, 2 double sofa beds and fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bath and shower. Towels and linen provided. Both apartments have air conditioning.
Villa Defne has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

A weekly market sells a variety of fruit, vegetables, household goods and gifts.
The town hosts a range of cafes and restaurants open from morning till late at night and a range of shops for your holiday souvenirs.
There is a local Bank and Post Office (PTT) available to change any currency of money as well as the usual Post Office facilities.

Car hire is available in Dalyan but should you wish to relax and let others do the driving, taxis are available for hire in the town.
The local bus also travels farther afield visiting towns such as Gocek, Marmaris and Fetiye for the day.

Other activities are also available, for example white water rafting, jeep safari, trekking, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking, fishing, boat trips and more with Kaunos Tours. See the information booklet in the Villa Defne foyer or visit their booking office in the town.
Boat trips are also available for trips for example to Koycegiz Lake and the thermal mudbaths.

Flights to Dalaman are available from most UK airports with flights from Bristol International and Exeter airports on a regular basis.
Villa Defne is approximately 30 minutes from Dalaman Airport. Transfers can be arranged.
