Alutarius Healthcare Group require a Deputy Manager for one of their nursing homes in Weston-super-Mare. The home specialises in delivering excellent quality of care to residents within a beautiful location, overlooking the bay. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure, payable by the applicant, and a satisfactory 3-month probationary period.

Must have experience in a supervisory/management role, RGN Level 1, current NMC PIN Number and a good clinical knowledge base. Computer knowledge, the ability to work flexibly and a proactive/hands-on approach to work would be advantage.

40 hours per week including weekends and supernumerary time.
Wage to be discussed.
