The flat itself is very spacious and very quite. The room is situated at the back of the flat so making is remarkably quiet and peaceful. I am looking for a person to rent the room from September until 20th December 2009.

The flat is very centrally placed. It is 10 minutes from the centre, 5 minutes from Gloucester Road and 20 minutes from Clifton.

You will have to be chilled and peaceful. Being tidy and willing to help with cleaning is preferred.

The flat is very chilled out so i really want to rent the room to someone quite and chilled out. The view out the back of the flat from the veranda is unbroken until the horizon.

Free internet is included in the price. The price includes all bills.
