Electrical Contract Manager

Our client is a small electrical installation contractor based in Bristol.  At present there is a requirement for an electrical contact manager to join the team due to increased workload and opportunity.
Typically the client engages in projects up to the value of £100,000, recently the client has won work within the educational, commercial and retail sectors, in particular the local schools initiative.
The successful candidate will be taking responsibility of projects allowing the Director to focus on growing the business and moving the business forward.

You will be required to;

- Organise and manage labour
- Procurement of materials and plant
- Attend site meetings and liaison meetings with other contractors
- Co-ordinate services
- Write risk assessments and method statements
- Oversee installation
- Manage issue on site
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and to specification
- Final account Applicants are required to have relevant electrical qualifications i.e. CIty and Guilds as minimum.  It is preferred candidates are qualified to ONC / HNC level in building services.  Experience within this industry is key, as is commercial acumen.
