Head Chef required for Idyllic Country pub in the hamlet of Shurton Somerset
We require someone that is open to new ideas and is adaptable to change. A suitably talented and experienced Head chef to manage, train and lead our existing team and take our already successful pub onto greater things using fresh and local produce. You will have the opportunity and flexibility to demonstrate your creative flair and passion for food.
You will need to be experienced in food ordering & stock control, menu planning, costing and budgeting. A good understanding of quality ingredients from delivery to execution, ability to train & organize staff. Ensuring kitchen safety & hygiene to a high standard. A passion for what you do is essential with a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent and 5 years experience as head chef
