Planner

The Role: A Planner is required for their National Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding operational team serving major retailer clients on a mix of projects including extensions, new shell fit outs and refurbishments. You will need to have a minimum of 1 years experience in a planning role, or c5 years experience in site management and be interested in moving into a planning role full time. The role includes project planning (1 or 2 projects at a time), progress reports, design matrix, etc and some tender planning. . Based in Bristol you will be responsible for retail projects located throughout the South West, South Wales, South East and the Midlands, so some travelling will be required.

The Person: For National Team you will ideally have a retail background. Design and Build experience or Estimating experience would be an advantage. Must be able to turn budgets around very quickly, Planner's are based in our head office in Bristol but may be required to visit sites on a weekly basis.
