All candidates for this role must have the following experience:-

*Experience at General Manager level within a quality food led branded restaurant
*Strong financial skills including knowledge of P&L's, budgets, forecasting etc
*A bubbly and outgoing personality with lots of passion
*Must be IT literate.

This is a permanent, full time role. Due to the nature of the work, this role will include a varied shift pattern.
