I'm a quiet, professional female with a well-behaved cat (think: sleeps all day!) who is looking for a 1 bed flat to rent in either the Redland or Cotham areas of Bristol.

Ideally i'm after somewhere furnished or part furnished but definitely somewhere with white goods! I'm looking to pay somewhere around £500-£575 in rent and to move in the next 4 to 8 weeks.

I'm able to provide both personal and professional references and a deposit isn't an issue so long as it's protected by the landlord.
