Due to a change in personal circumstances I need to find a replacement resident for this room...
It is a cozy double room with a large desk in a modern, fully furnished student flat. Good sized kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms. (One with a bath).
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a small block of flats, just off Whiteladies rd and you would be the 4th person. The other 3 housemates are friendly girls between the ages of 19 and 20 in their 2nd year at uni.
The flat is literally a stones throw away from Sainsburys, Clifton Down shopping centre/rail station and the UWE U5 bus route. It is also walking distance from Bristol University.
Private parking is available for a further cost however the residential parking is fine.
Bills aren't included but are cheap. Gas/elec/water about £20-25 per quarter. Virgin tv/internet/phone line up and running for £7.50 a month although the other girls are looking for cheaper options.
