Commis Chef / Residential Conference Centre / Near Bristol / Bath / Straight Shifts / c£14k

Commis Chef required for a 5* Residential Conference centre situated just outside of Bath. The centre caters for day time conferences (generally buffets) and also overnight guests, catering from an a la cart restaurant in the evening. Menu's are based on all fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

We are looking for good Commis/Trainee chef applicants that are passionate about cooking, keen to learn and willing to work hard. You need to be reliable and hungry to work with fresh food to a high standard. Training will be given along with excellent support and career progression.

The position has the benefit of straight shifts, with no split shifts. Accommodation is not available so either your own transport or accommodation in bath is necessary. Salary c£14k. Ref 20167
