Demi Chef de Partie required for one of Bristol's luxury fine dining operations. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed candidates with experience in all fresh food kitchens, and a real passion for fine cuisine. Applicants must have previous experience at Commis or Demi CDP level in a similar environment.
