COMMERCIAL PERMS CONSULTANT - BRISTOL CENTRAL

17-20K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

• Our client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work within their Bristol Central Commercial department
• Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of their brand to both candidates and clients
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations is a must together with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• A high - volume use of business development techniques, including Cold Calling, Speculative calls on behalf of candidates, client visits and marketing as required
• Interviewing variety of candidates using biographical and competency based interviewing
• Matching candidates with clients’ vacancies

The ideal candidate:

• Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment
• You must be a real “people person” and enjoy communicating with your candidates and candidates both over the telephone and face- to- face
• Excellent at time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
• A reliable team player with rapid and accurate data entry skills

• Basic salary 17-20k dependant on experience with an uncapped OTE
