I have a very large ground floor flat in a Victorian townhouse situated on a beautiful garden square in the heart of Notting Hill, just between Portobello Road and Trendy Westbourne Grove.
It's within 5 mins walk, the tube stations Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill, and all local buses are mins away
.
The flat needs some basic decorating (paint and new floor) but the entire house is scheduled to be refurbisihed in the next 12 months, in short it is a great space with plenty of character.
All the rooms come off the main corrider;
The large living room (6m by 4m) has Victorian Bay windows and wooden shutters;
The large square Kitchen in the back (you can easily fit a large table and all appliances), and the double bedroom our southfacing meaning they are light and airy;
There is a walk - in cupboard and plenty of fitted storage throughout the apartment.
All the ceilings are high and the flat has been fitted with brand new GCH central heating,
There is a small shared garden in the front of the apartment.

Now I'm looking to swap my flat as part of a 3 way swap, I swap with another tenant and they move to Bristol (with the Bristol tenant moving to my place), we are looking for 2 bed converted GARDEN flat (ideally with sole access) in nice areas of Central Bristol (Clifton, St Andrews BS8, BS6 or BS3 or similar)
