The Role

If so, then you are the type of individual that we are looking for.As a Recruitment Consultant, we will provide you with the best training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your business. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual sales growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required for this position. Responsibilities include:Prospecting for new client business by meeting key managers to understand their project needs.Making recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their project needs. Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting.Meeting with potential consultant to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.Startegising with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
Salary & Benefits
£18,000 -£25,000 base salary, dependant upon experience, with OTE in excess of £40,000
