Temporary contract for a minimum of 9 weeks but could run to 6 months or even 6 years! Your main duties and responsibilities will include: managing the contact database, booking meetings, making travel arrangements, organising conference rooms, extensive diary management. You will have an organised approach to your work, with an eye for detail and the ability to work from your own initiative. With an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of all Microsoft office packages.
