A very friendly landlady, who has recently upgraded the bathroom and fitted a new electric oven in the kitchen, owns the house.
We are looking for a friendly easy-going housemate who enjoys a good film, the odd beer,is clean and tidy and is of a similar age.
The bedroom is available from 1st August, has a broadband connection and is £300 a month plus bills.
