We represent a well established independent consultancy with offices strategically placed across the South of England. They are looking to recruit an associate level quantity surveyor to manage and develop the Bristol offices existing presence within the market.

As associate QS you would head up a team of four quantity surveyors, and be responsible for steadily growing the office by exploring new opportunities and maximising on their current client base. This role would be hands on and include elements of fee earning in addition to management duties.

Being a smaller company the room for career development is massive and the ideal candidate will be groomed to fulfil a regional director position within a fixed time frame.
To apply for this position you will ideally be RICS qualified, have a number of years in a similar role working within a professional or contractor background. You must be able to clearly demonstrate confidence in a client facing role and be able to lead by example.

The role is based in a stunning ex private hospital which has been converted to an office complex, located ten minutes from central Bristol in picturesque countryside. Salary £45 -£50k depending upon experience, generous car allowance, and bonus are also included as part of excellent package.
