Bristol property for rent wanted - lettings
House wanted for 4 lovely tidy people close to city centre
We are looking for a house for 4 people in short walking distance from the centre, i.e Southville, Hotwells, Clifton, Cotham etc.
It would preferably be furnished, with space to park a car (either on or off street) and perhaps a tiny garden or patio or something. We are very tidy people and it would be great if the bedrooms were double sized, although that's not essential we are keen to have a bit of space!
The contratc on our current house ends at the end of June but ideally we would like to move in a week or so before hand.
Our maximum budget for rent per month is £1200 but ideally we'd like to be paying no more than £300 a month each.
