Previously we have had tenants who interpreted non-smoking as "no smoking in the building" or "I don't smoke much so thats ok"

So now we want to make this completely unambiguous- If you or your friends smoke this is the wrong place for you! Sorry If this seems rude, we feel it's better to make this clear so we don't waste your time or ours- clean air and our surrounding environment are important to us!

• En-suite power shower and toilet.
• Large under-stair storage space.
• Semi-furnished if preferred.
• Separate garden access from bedroom.
• Wi-Fi XL Virgin media connection (for and extra £8.20 p/m)
• BT landline fitted but not connected
